Sponsorship

We currently have 50 children in our orphanages and will soon be getting even more. As we are growing and as we have a growing desire to provide a better future for these children, we have found it necessary to find sponsors for our children. Therefore, we have started a sponsorship program.

About The Ministry
Sandy Carter is a missionary veteran. She grew up in South America, the daughter of New Tribes missionaries. Now, in Nicaragua she oversees three orphanages, one in Jinotega and two in Los Cedros. She is also reaching out to street children through feeding programs in rural areas.

Over the past few years, Sandy’s ministry has recruited several others that God has called to the people of Nicaragua. We believe this team has been hand-picked for this time.

Recently the ministry has gone through a name change, Globe International Nicaragua, and the process of legalization with the Nicaraguan government.

The children of Nicaragua are experiencing God's love and compassion every day.

Taking time to study the Bible at Jinotega Orphanage.

Currently, we have about 50 children in our 3 orphanages. Los Cedros houses the Boys Ranch and the Home for New Hope. Boys 11 to 18 years old, live at the ranch and help tend to the garden, while the younger children, newborn to 5 years old, live in the Home of New Hope, which just opened in April 2007. The third orphanage is in Jinotega, which houses many of the older girls and a few younger boys.

The ministry provides food, clothing, shelter and education for all of these children. Several of the children are in private school and all the children take English classes.

Our team is committed to the youth of Nicaragua and our vision is to continue to care for children and plant churches throughout the country.
